Holiday Inn Express Toronto-North York by IHG

Check in was easy Rooms were side by side Kids enjoyed the pool Breakfast was not bad Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities Check out was easy and parking was easily accessible Staff were friendly and very courteous

The staff were all super helpful, courteous and professional. I also like the decoration and the Dove toiletries. The pancake machine is lit. Actually FREE PARKING!!! And the windows in my room actually open which was fantastic, I'm not a big AC guy.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the king bed was really comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast, which was included, and the coffee was very good. Lots of coffee and tea options in the room, and the quality was good. Big shower, great view from the room. Love city lights! Great location for my purpose of my visit. Near the airport, but you can't hear the planes at all. I was not driving, and bus service to subway was excellent.

Room & hotel overall was very clean. It smelled fresh and clean - which is refreshing for hotels as they tend to get musty. The location was great and safe - right off the highway and beside a police station. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely come back when we have additional treatments for our daughter.

Very comfortable rooms and accomodating staff, was able to check in earlier even before check in time. Loved the free complimentary breakfast in the mornings make our stay more pleasing/relaxing especially if you're on a budget.
